OutboundEngagementTemplate

Each row represents a reusable template that defines the content, structure, and delivery settings for automated or manual outbound communications, such as emails and messages, to customers or prospects. Use it to standardize and personalize outreach across sales, service, and marketing processes. This object is available in API version 68.0 and later.
