Log Into Control Center

To use Control Center, you must first log in. When you log into Control Center, you use your Account Manager credentials. Each account in Account Manager is assigned to various roles, and some roles require multi‑factor authentication (MFA) to log in. If two‑factor authentication is required, you need a mobile device with the Salesforce Authenticator app installed. To log in successfully, you must also be assigned to the appropriate roles.

To log in to Control Center:

1. In a web browser, go to https://controlcenter.commercecloud.salesforce.com/.
2. Enter your username (email address).
3. Click LOG IN.
4. Enter your password.
5. Click LOG IN.

After you sign in to Control Center, you’ll see all the realms assigned to your primary organization in Account Manager. To see realms in other organizations you belong to, select an organization from the organization dropdown.
