Data Model

The following is the complete set of 29 objects that make up the Orders object domain.

• Account: Standard CRM object representing a company, organization, or individual involved with your business; the anchor record for the account hierarchy and account-based pricing/ordering features. See Account in the Object Reference for the Salesforce Platform.
• AccountAccountRelation: Represents a relationship (parent, child, or peer) between two Account records, used to model business-partner networks and account hierarchies. See AccountAccountRelation in the Automotive Cloud Developer Guide.
• AccountFlattenedHierarchy: A flattened, denormalized view of an account’s ancestor chain, so queries can filter or group by any level of the hierarchy without recursion.
• AccountInternalOrgUnit: Junction object associating an Account with an InternalOrganizationUnit, carrying business-unit-specific account settings.
• AccountRole: Defines a functional role (Billing Account, Delivery Recipient, Payer, Retail Store, etc.) an account plays within a given internal organization unit.
• AssociatedLocation: Represents a location associated with a parent record (currently Account) over a defined active date range.
• Assortment: A defined collection or grouping of products used to control which products are available, orderable, or assigned to a given context.
• AssortmentProduct: A single product’s membership within an Assortment, including product-specific attributes and active date range.
• AssortmentSpec: A reusable template/specification used to generate Assortment records.
• InternalOrganizationUnit: An internal or external business unit within a company’s organizational structure. See InternalOrganizationUnit in the Object Reference for the Salesforce Platform.
• InternalOrgUnitUser: Assignment of a User to an InternalOrganizationUnit, with mobile/field-service preferences for that unit.
• Location: A physical or virtual place of business (warehouse, plant, store, site, delivery vehicle); locations can form a hierarchy.
• LocationAssortment: Assignment of an Assortment to a specific Location, indicating which products that location can sell, stock, or order.
• Order: Standard object representing a customer’s commitment to buy products or services; extended for Advanced Orders via OrderSpecId.
• OrderItem: Standard line-item object on an Order; extended for Advanced Orders with a link to an OrderItemSpec.
• OrderItemSpec: An Advanced Orders line-item specification template governing how a product/product family can be ordered under an OrderSpec.
• OrderItemSpecRule: A pricing/scope rule attached to an OrderItemSpec, defining scope and pricing impact when matched.
• OrderSpec: A top-level Advanced Orders template defining order behavior — allowed order types, pricing recalculation, delivery/lead time, inventory, promotions, and authorization lists.
• OrderSpecOrderItemSpec: Junction object linking an OrderSpec to its valid OrderItemSpec records, including default and active date range.
• PartyRoleRelation: A role-based relationship between two party records (e.g., “Bill To” or “Delivery Recipient”), with support for the inverse relationship. See PartyRoleRelation in the Automotive Cloud Developer Guide.
• Product2: The standard product object at the center of the Manufacturing/Automotive/Consumer Goods product model. See Product2 in the Object Reference for the Salesforce Platform.
• ProductCatalog: A top-level catalog grouping related product categories and products for a sales channel or process.
• ProductCatalogQual: A qualification rule determining whether a product catalog applies to a given internal organization unit.
• ProductCategory: A category used to organize products within a catalog; categories can nest to form a hierarchy.
• ProductCategoryProduct: Junction object associating a Product2 with a ProductCategory, including primary-category designation.
• ProductInternalOrgUnit: Assignment of a product to an internal organization unit, tracking lifecycle phase and planning/sales dates for that unit.
• ProductUnitOfMeasure: A unit of measure available for a specific product, including base/default-order-unit flags and physical dimensions.
• StoreAssortment: Assignment of an assortment to a specific retail store/account/location group, used by Consumer Goods Cloud retail execution.
• UnitofMeasure: Standard unit of measure (each, case, pallet, kilogram, liter, etc.) with conversion factor, scale, and rounding behavior.
