Junction object that associates an Account with an InternalOrganizationUnit (business unit/branch), carrying business-unit-specific account settings such as pricing type, tax jurisdiction, and out-of-stock/availability flags. This object is available in API version 68.0 and later.
Available only in orgs with Manufacturing Cloud, Automotive Cloud, or Consumer Goods Cloud enabled, or with the relevant Account Hierarchy / B2B relationship features licensed.
