ResourceCallOutAssignment

Each row represents the association between a resource call out and the service resources eligible to respond. The object captures the contact priority (rank), the last contact attempt details, and the final response. This object is available in API version 68.0 and later.

Fields

CurrentRankNumber

Type: int

Description: The current priority order in which the resource should be contacted.

FinalResponseDateTime

Type: dateTime

Description: The date and time when the final response was received.

FitmentScore

Type: double
Properties: Create, Filter, Nillable, Sort, Update
Description: The fitment score returned by the Field Service ranking API, indicating how well this resource matches the assignment.

IsManuallyCreated

Type: boolean
Properties: Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
Description: Indicates whether the service resource was added to the call out manually by a dispatcher (true) or not (false).
Default value: false

LastCallOutDateTime

Type: dateTime
Properties: Create, Filter, Nillable, Sort, Update
Description: The date and time when the last call-out assignment was made.

LastCallOutMethod

Type: picklist
Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
Description: Specifies the last call out method used to notify the service resource for the resource call out assignment.

- Push Notification

OriginalRankNumber

Description: The original priority order in which the resource should be contacted.

Status

Description: Specifies the status of the resource call out assignment.

TotalCallOutAttemptCount

Description: The total number of notification attempts made to this service resource for the call out. This field is a calculated field.
