CarePlanTemplate

Represents a template use to instantiate a care plan. This object is available in API version 56.0 and later.

Description

Description: The description for the care plan template.

LastReferencedDate

Type: dateTime

Description: The date and time when the record was last referenced.

LastViewedDate

Type: dateTime

Description: The date and time when the record was last viewed.

Name

Type: string
Properties: Create, Filter, Group, idLookup, Sort, Update
Description: The name of the care plan template.

OwnerId

Type: Polymorphic lookup
Properties: Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
Description: The owner of the record.

This field is a polymorphic relationship field.

Status

Type: picklist
Properties: Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Restricted picklist, Sort, Update
Description: Specifies the status of the care plan template.
Default value: Draft
Possible values:
- Draft
- Inactive
- Published
