  • Whether you're using a Sandbox or Scratch Org
  • The MCP client name and version
  • The exact error message (copy/paste or screenshot)
  • The time and time zone when the issue occurred
  • If the issue reproduces in Postman or MCP Inspector
  • Which steps you've already tried in the troubleshooting guide
