Prompt Run Failures

If you're having problems with server actions failing:

Make sure that you have the required permissions for the operation you’re trying to run. For example, running prompt templates requires specific permissions.

Make sure the feature that the tool or prompt is trying to access is enabled in your Salesforce org.

If the operation reads or updates records, confirm that the target data exists and your user can access it.

Review server documentation and confirm that your parameters are correct and complete.
