Showcase Your Competencies

AgentExchange displays a Competencies tab on your consultant listing. This tab shows customers your verified skills across industries and products.

What Customers See

The Competencies tab displays your data in two views, Industry and Product, with these columns:

Competency Level—Your achievement, Expert or Accredited, calculated by the Partner Program.
Eligible Projects—Number of eligible projects in this competency area.
Average CSAT—Customer satisfaction scores from completed engagements.
Certifications—Number of individual certifications held by your team’s certified professionals in this area.

How Competencies Are Calculated

You don’t enter competency data manually. The Partner Program calculates it based on:

Registered project work you’ve completed and verified.
Certifications held by your team members.
Customer satisfaction scores from completed project surveys.

To review the data displayed on your listing, log in to the Salesforce Partner Community and check your Partner Program dashboard. If something looks wrong, contact your Partner Account Manager (PAM).

Displaying competency calculations transparently is a legal requirement. You have the right to understand how your data is calculated and presented to customers.
