The language you select determines which language appears on your listing and which site your listing is published to (AgentExchange or AgentExchange Japan).
If your business operates across multiple regions, create a separate listing for each language to publish to its respective site. For example, you may provide offerings in both English and Japanese practices.
Fill in the information that makes up your listing’s first impression.
Your description is the primary content customers use to evaluate whether to contact you. A vague or generic description reduces your chances of generating leads.

The Learn More URL is required for consultant listings. When a customer clicks Learn More on your listing, they land on this page.
The Learn More button is the only call-to-action on your consultant listing. If this URL leads to a broken page, a generic homepage, or a 404 error, you’ve shut down the customer’s evaluation path of your firm from AgentExchange.

Audit this URL regularly. If it becomes stale, you lose leads without any notification.
In the Grow Your Business step of the listing builder, you can turn on AgentExchange lead collection. When enabled, AgentExchange captures lead information when customers click Learn More and delivers it to the Salesforce org you specify.
If you choose not to enable lead collection, the endpoint website from your Learn More URL becomes your only lead pipeline from AgentExchange. Make sure that the URL points to a page where customers can take action and contact you directly.
