Flow for Field Service

Represents the metadata associated with a flow. Use Flow to create an application that takes users through a series of pages to query and update records in the database. You can also execute logic and provide branching capability based on user input to build dynamic applications.

Field Service exposes additional actionType values for the FlowActionCall Metadata type.

• Field Type: InvocableActionType (enumeration of type string)

• Description: Required. The action type. Valid values include:

  • convertTimeZone​Converts the time from the current time zone to the requested time zone. This value is available in API version 62.0 and later.
  • createEngagementTopic​Creates an engagement topic record that connects a given topic ID. This value is available in API version 63.0 and later.
  • getAgentContext​Retrieves the content of the agent context. This value is available in API version 67.0 and later.
  • getAppointmentBookingSlots​Retrieves available service appointment time slots. This value is available in API version 62.0 and later.
  • getCurrentTime​Retrieves the current time for a given time zone. This value is available in API version 65.0 and later.
  • getEngagementTopics​Retrieves a list of pairs from the engagement topics. This value is available in API version 68.0 and later.
  • getFieldServiceObjectProperty​Retrieves the value of an object’s field according to the value of another field. This value is available in API version 65.0 and later.
  • scheduleServiceAppointment​Schedules a service appointment. This value is available in API version 62.0 and later.
