Get the My Domain URL that’s used to invoke the SFM unAuth Response APIs for your org. The format is https://OMNI_CHANNEL_ENGAGEMENT_URL/APP_PREFIX
Where OMNI_CHANNEL_ENGAGEMENT_URL and APP_PREFIX are variables.
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter My Domain, and then select My Domain.
Find your org’s My Domain URL in the Current My Domain URL field.
To get your org’s Omni-Channel Engagement URL, append -scrt to the My Domain login URL before .com.
For example, if the My Domain URL is https://exampleCompany.my.salesforce.com, then the Omni-Channel Engagement URL is https://exampleCompany.my.salesforce-scrt.com.
To get the full URL, append the app prefix surveys/v1 to the Omni-Channel Engagement URL.
For example, if the Omni-Channel Engagement URL is https://exampleCompany.my.salesforce-scrt.com, then the full URL to invoke the SFM unAuth Response APIs is https://exampleCompany.my.salesforce-scrt.com/surveys/v1.
