Introducing Pronto

Pronto is an AI‑driven food delivery company on a mission to transform how restaurants and diners connect. By unifying everything from order histories and partner performance to marketing metrics and support data in Salesforce Data Cloud, Pronto gives restaurant businesses a clear, up‑to‑date view of their operations and customers. This cohesive platform powers predictive insights, automated workflows, and continuous innovation - enabling restaurants to grow smarter and diners to enjoy faster, more personalized meal experiences every time.
Overview
In this chapter, we explore how Pronto unifies its merchant and customer data with Data 360.
Pronto’s goal is to consolidate order history, partner performance, advertising metrics, and support interactions into a single, real‑time profile that drives personalized experiences, predictive insights, and automated actions.
To achieve this vision, you’ll work through hands-on exercises that bring all of this together:
Integrate the Web & Mobile SDK Capture real‑time browsing, video views, and form submissions from the Pronto web app by embedding the Data Cloud SDK, ensuring every user interaction flows directly into your data pipeline for immediate processing.
Unify and Aggregate Data Define identity‑resolution rules to merge anonymous sessions with known leads, build a real‑time Data Graph to link related events, and author calculated insights - like engagement counts by content type - to turn raw interactions into actionable metrics.
Train a Predictive Model Use Einstein Studio to train a custom AI model on your unified engagement and lead dataset, enabling real‑time prediction of each inquiry’s conversion probability based on historical behavior patterns.
Automate with a Data‑Graph‑Triggered Flow Build a Flow that listens for Data Graph change events, invokes your predictive model, and updates lead records with conversion scores - automating the creation of follow‑up tasks and outreach based on AI‑driven insights.
Refer to the architecture diagram below as you progress through each exercise and see how Data Cloud brings it all together.
