Get Started with AI Models

With AI Models (formerly Einstein Studio), you can configure foundation models, customize model hyperparameters, and test prompts in a playground environment before deploying a model to production. See Configure and Test a Model with Model Playground.

You can also bring your own large language model (BYOLLM) from an LLM provider using your own account. The model is saved to the Model Library in AI Models as a foundation model that you can configure. See Add a Foundation Model and Bring Your Own LLM.

To connect any language model (including custom-built models) to the BYOLLM feature in AI Models, you can use the LLM Open Connector. The Einstein AI Platform GitHub repository contains API specifications and example code for the LLM Open Connector.

When you’re familiar with how to configure and manage your models with AI Models, you can access these models using the Models API.
