BudgetAllocation

Represents a subsection of a Budget that shows where allocated resources are being applied. This object is available in API version 53.0 and later.

Special Access Rules

This object is available only if the Grants Management license is enabled, the Grants Management managed package is installed, and the Budget Management permission set is assigned to budget management users.

Amount	Type currency Properties Create, Filter, Nillable, Sort, Update Description The total amount of funds allocated for a budget.
BudgetId	Type reference Properties Create, Filter, Group, Sort Description The budget that this budget allocation is related to. This is a relationship field. Relationship Name Budget Relationship Type Lookup Refers To Budget
LastReferencedDate	Type dateTime Properties Filter, Nillable, Sort Description The timestamp when the current user last accessed this record, a record related to this record, or a list view.
LastViewedDate	Type dateTime Properties Filter, Nillable, Sort Description The timestamp for when the current user last viewed this record. If this value is null, it’s possible that this record was referenced (LastReferencedDate) and not viewed.
Name	Type string Properties Create, Filter, Group, idLookup, Sort, Update Description The name of the budget allocation.
Quantity	Type double Properties Create, Filter, Nillable, Sort, Update Description The total quantity allocated for non-currency projects.
Status	Type picklist Properties Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update Description The status of the budget allocation. Possible values are: `Allocated` `Committed` `Finalized`
