Represents qualification required for a specific job position. For example, Data Visualization for a Program and Management Analyst position. This object is available in API version 64.0 and later.

This object is available if Talent Recruitment Management is enabled in your org. To access the object, you need one of these permission sets.

JobPositionId	Type reference Properties Create, Filter, Group, Sort Description The job position that's related to the job position qualification. This field is a relationship field. Relationship Name JobPosition Relationship Type Master-detail Refers To JobPosition (the master object)
LastReferencedDate	Type dateTime Properties Filter, Nillable, Sort Description The timestamp for when the current user last viewed a record related to this record.
LastViewedDate	Type dateTime Properties Filter, Nillable, Sort Description The timestamp for when the current user last viewed this record. If this value is null, it’s possible that this record was referenced (LastReferencedDate) and not viewed.
Name	Type string Properties Autonumber, Defaulted on create, Filter, idLookup, Sort Description The name of the job position qualification.
QualificationReferenceRecordId	Type reference Properties Create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update Description A lookup to the record that confirms the qualification. This field is a polymorphic relationship field. Relationship Name QualificationReferenceRecord Refers To Competency, Examination
