ScndTelephPrvdOtbdDtl

Represents the outbound SIP routing configuration for a secondary telephony provider in Agentforce Contact Center BYOC.

This type extends the Metadata metadata type and inherits its fullName field.

File Suffix and Directory Location

ScndTelephPrvdOtbdDtl components have the suffix .scndTelephPrvdOtbdDtl and are stored in the scndTelephPrvdOtbdDtls folder.

Version

ScndTelephPrvdOtbdDtl components are available in API version 68.0 and later.

Special Access Rules

To access ScndTelephPrvdOtbdDtl, you must have the Agentforce Contact Center Admin (Salesforce Voice) permission set assigned.

fullName string Required. The unique name of the ScndTelephPrvdOtbdDtl component. Inherited from the Metadata metadata type.
hostConfig string Specifies key-value pair of IP address and port, up to 5 per record.
id string Specifies the ID of the outbound detail for a secondary telephony provider.
masterLabel string Required. The master label for the ScndTelephPrvdOtbdDtl.
outboundAuthEnabled boolean Indicates whether outbound authentication is enabled (true) or not (false).
secondaryTelephonyProvider string Specifies the associated secondary telephony provider for the outbound detail.
