SecondaryTelephonyProvider

Represents the SIP configuration for secondary telephony providers in Agentforce Contact Center BYOC.

This type extends the Metadata metadata type and inherits its fullName field.

File Suffix and Directory Location

SecondaryTelephonyProvider components have the suffix .secondaryTelephonyProvider and are stored in the secondaryTelephonyProviders folder.

Version

SecondaryTelephonyProvider components are available in API version 68.0 and later.

Special Access Rules

To access SecondaryTelephonyProvider, you must have the Agentforce Contact Center Admin (Salesforce Voice) permission set assigned.

Fields

Field Name Field Type Description
fullName string Required. The unique name of the SecondaryTelephonyProvider component. Inherited from the Metadata metadata type.
id string Specifies the ID of the secondary telephony provider.
inboundAuthEnabled boolean Indicates whether inbound authentication is enabled for the secondary telephony provider (true) or not (false).
inboundIpAllowlist string Specifies the inbound IP allowlist of the secondary telephony provider.
masterLabel string Required. The master label for the SecondaryTelephonyProvider.
telephonyProvider string Specifies the associated telephony provider for the secondary telephony provider.
