TrustedTelephonyProvider

Represents the trusted telephony carrier configuration for Agentforce Contact Center BYOC.

This type extends the Metadata metadata type and inherits its fullName field.

File Suffix and Directory Location

TrustedTelephonyProvider components have the suffix .trustedTelephonyProvider and are stored in the trustedTelephonyProviders folder.

Version

TrustedTelephonyProvider components are available in API version 68.0 and later.

Special Access Rules

To access TrustedTelephonyProvider, you must have the Agentforce Contact Center Admin (Salesforce Voice) permission set assigned.

Fields

fullName string Required. The unique name of the TrustedTelephonyProvider component. Inherited from the Metadata metadata type.
id string Specifies the ID of the trusted telephony provider.
masterLabel string Required. Specifies the master label of the trusted telephony provider.
providerCarrier ByocTrustedAggregator( enumeration of type string) Required. Specifies the aggregator type associated with trusted telephony provider. Valid value:
  • Bandwidth
telephonyProvider string Specifies the associated telephony provider for the trusted telephony provider.
