AcademicRoleObjectAccess

Represents the access level that an academic role has for a specific object. This object is available in API version 68.0 and later.

AcademicRoleId

Type: reference
Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
Description: The academic role that has access to the object.
This field is a relationship field.
Relationship Name: AcademicRole

AccessLevel

Type: picklist
Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Restricted picklist, Sort, Update
Description: Specifies the level of access granted to the academic role for the object.
Possible values:
- Edit
- Read

AccessObject

Type: string
Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
Description: The API name of the object that the academic role can access.

LastReferencedDate

Type: dateTime
Properties: Filter, Nillable, Sort
Description: The timestamp when the current user last accessed this record indirectly, for example, through a list view or related record.

LastViewedDate

Type: dateTime
Properties: Filter, Nillable, Sort
Description: The timestamp when the current user last viewed this record or list view. If this value is null, and LastReferencedDate is not null, the user accessed this record or list view indirectly.

Name

Type: string
Properties: Filter, idLookup, Sort
Description: The name of the academic role object access.

Status

Type: picklist
Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Restricted picklist, Sort, Update
Description: Specifies the status of the academic role access policy.
Possible values:
- Active
- Inactive

OwnerId

Type: reference
Properties: Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
Description: The user who is the owner of this record.
This field is a polymorphic relationship field.
Relationship Name: Owner
Refers To: Group, User

This object has the following associated objects. If the API version isn’t specified, they’re available in the same API versions as this object. Otherwise, they’re available in the specified API version and later.

AcademicRoleObjectAccessChangeEvent: Change events are available for the object.
AcademicRoleObjectAccessFeed: Feed tracking is available for the object.
AcademicRoleObjectAccessHistory: History is available for tracked fields of the object.
AcademicRoleObjectAccessShare: Sharing is available for the object.
