Use the Connector API

The Connector API is the interface between your partner messaging or telephony system and your Salesforce org. This API allows you to pass information to Salesforce, and to receive events back from Salesforce.

The Service Cloud Connector API is for partners who are implementing Bring Your Own Channel for Messaging, Bring Your Own Channel for CCaaS, or Salesforce Voice with Partner Telephony.

For Salesforce Voice with Partner Telephony, the demo connector is a working example that uses the Connector API. For details on using the Connector API, you can review our reference documentation.
