Assign User Permissions

Salesforce Voice with Partner Telephony comes with the following user permissions, which should be assigned to users as part of the Salesforce Voice Contact Center Admin (Partner Telephony) and Salesforce Voice Contact Center Agent (Partner Telephony) permission sets.
  • Salesforce Voice Contact Center Agent for External Telephony Provider: Access contact centers that use an external telephony provider.
  • Salesforce Voice Contact Center Admin for External Telephony Provider: Manage contact centers that use an external telephony provider.
  • View Call Recording: View call recordings.
  • Control Call Recording: Pause and resume recording of individual calls.
