View Clone History for On-Demand Sandboxes

View all clone operations associated with a specific sandbox, including details about source and target instances, status, and data copied.

1. Log in to Control Center.
2. Click the sandbox instance you want to view.
3. Navigate to the Activity Timeline tab. All clone operations associated with this sandbox are listed chronologically. The top right displays a summary count of clones by status: Completed, Failed, and In Progress.
4. Click Expand on any clone entry to view details.
   • Clone details include:
     • Source and target instance identifiers
     • Clone status and progress
     • Duration and timestamps
     • Data copied over
     • Storefront copied
     • Active code version
