Monitoring Webhook and SPI Integration Health in Point of Sale

Configure a monitoring webhook to track the health and performance of your SPI and webhook integrations in Point of Sale.

This proactive monitoring can help you detect issues early and maintain integration reliability. The webhook sends alerts if:

  • An SPI or webhook returns an HTTP 4xx or 5xx status code.
  • Response time exceeds a defined latency threshold.
  • Point of Sale doesn’t process multiple monitoring requests simultaneously. If monitoring is enabled for multiple SPIs or webhooks, any failures are added to a queue and handled asynchronously.
  • Latency monitoring won't trigger if the POS times out before reaching the defined latency threshold.
  • This feature doesn't support order exports configured in CMS through Store Management | Store Settings | OMS | Export.
