Custom Event

Track unique user interactions and send data that isn’t covered by standard events by using custom events in the Data 360 Module for the Engagement Mobile SDK. Include a flexible payload of user-defined attributes to capture specific interaction details, then map them to a Custom Event Schema in Data 360.

The Engagement Mobile SDK currently supports two major versions: Version 3.x and Version 2.x. To take advantage of the latest features and improvements, upgrade to Version 3.x.
