BranchUnitCustomer

Represents a customer account that is assigned to or attributed to a branch unit. This object is available in API version 5`.0 and later.

Fields

AccountId

Type: reference

Description: The ID of a customer account associated with the branch.

AssociationLevel

Type: picklist
Properties: Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
Description: Indicates the branch’s level of responsibility for managing the customer account.
Default value: Primary
Possible values:
- Primary
- Secondary

BranchUnitId

Type: reference
Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Sort
Description: The branch that is handling the associated customer account.

LastInteractionDate

Type: date
Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
Description: The date when the customer account was associated with the branch.

LastReferencedDate

Type: dateTime
Properties: Filter, Nillable, Sort
Description: The most recent date when a user referenced this record.

LastViewedDate

Type: dateTime
Properties: Filter, Nillable, Sort
Description: The most recent date when a user viewed this record.

Name

Type: string
Properties: Autonumber, Defaulted on create, Filter, idLookup, Sort
Description: The name of the branch unit customer relationship.
