LoanApplicationTitleHolder

Represents details of borrowers who are applying to hold title to the property the loan application finances. This object is available in API version 47.0 and later.

IsCurrentTitleHolder

Type: boolean
Properties: Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
Description: Indicates whether person is a current title holder on property to be refinanced.

LastReferencedDate

Type: dateTime
Properties: Filter, Nillable, Sort
Description: The timestamp for when the current user last viewed a record related to this record.

LastViewedDate

Type: dateTime
Properties: Filter, Nillable, Sort
Description: The timestamp for when the current user last viewed this record. If this value is null, it’s possible that this record was referenced (LastReferencedDate) and not viewed.

LoanApplicationId

Description: Loan application associated with this title holder.

Description: Name of the loan application title holder.

TitleHolderExtIdentifier

Description: ID that uniquely identifies imported data in an external data source (if applicable). This field is unique within your organization.

TitleHolderName

Description: Name of the person on the title for the property associated with the loan application.
