• Added Bring Your Own Bot Setup Entities documentation, including ExtConvParticipantIntegDef and ExternalConversationBotDef.
• Added BYOB sample payloads to the following Interaction Service APIs:
  • Send a Message Through a Chatbot, including typing started and typing stopped indicators.
  • Retrieve Conversation Entries.
  • Update an AgentWork Record for bot Accept, Decline, and Close actions.
  • Route a Conversation for BYOB Initial routing with flow and Transfer to queue scenarios.
