Model Workplace Reopening with Shift Management

Shift Management for Work.com streamlines the process of getting your employees back to work safely. With Shift Management, you can model the capacity of your workplace facilities and resources. Taking into account new requirements and policies, you can specify how many people to allow onsite at a time.

• Shift Management Data Triggers

  Work.com installs and uses data triggers for Shift Management on Employee, Location, Service Appointment, and Service Territory Member. Adding or modifying records for these objects can trigger changes in related objects. It’s also possible to disable some triggers for data loads.

• Shift Records Sharing Flow

  The Create Shift Share Records flow checks if the Service Territory is populated when you create a Shift. If it is populated, the flow creates a Shift Share record so that the employee has visibility to their Shift.

• Shift Management for Work.com Object Reference

  The Shift Management package includes several custom objects and fields that are described in this section. Shift Management requires Workplace Command Center and it builds on Field Service objects and capabilities such as service appointments and schedule optimization.
