Agentforce IT Service Metadata API Types

Represents a notification definition, including the criteria that trigger the notification and the channels, recipients, and content used to deliver it. This type extends the Metadata metadata type and inherits its fullName field.

Represents a collection of settings to configure Service Management Knowledge.
Settings

Represents the organization settings related to a feature. For example, your password policies, session settings and network access controls are all available in the SecuritySettings component type. For more information, see Settings.
