Messaging Object Model and Data Access Release Notes

This section describes recent changes that have been made to this guide.

• Added the following topics to the Access Conversation Data page:
  • Limitations of using APIs for conversation data access.
  • Differences between the GET /conversation-entries Conversation Data API endpoint and the Connect REST API.
• Restructured the ConversationEntry schema page.

• Updated the Messaging Object Model diagram and object descriptions to support Enhanced Messaging.
• Added a topic describing the differences between On-Platform and Off-Platform Messaging Objects.
• Added a topic on how to Access On-Platform and Off-Platform Conversation Data.
• Added a Reference section, along with the following new topics:
