Before You Start

To use Document AI capabilities in your Salesforce org, first enable Einstein and Data 360.

• To enable Einstein, follow the instructions under Step 2 in Set Up Einstein Generative AI.
• To enable Data 360, follow the instructions in Turn On Data 360.

Before you start the loan prequalification agent workflow, complete these prerequisites to gather the necessary credentials.
