Enable Shopper Agent to provide it in your storefront.

After you complete the setup of Shopper Agent, launch it by opening the chat panel in one of these locations.

  • The storefront header: click the Shopper Agent icon.

  • The Account Overview page: under the “Need Help?” section, click Ask a question.
