Here are some tips for troubleshooting issues that occur when you ingest AEM assets and pages into Data 360 with the AEM connector. These solutions are unique to the AEM connector.

When you create a connection, Data 360 performs a validation test.
The test connection fails.
If you use password authentication and the user of this password has two-factor authentication, the connection fails. To authenticate in such a case, select the token authentication option.
When you ingest data with the AEM connector, Data 360 syncs it.
The sync fails.
