Connect to Data 360 with a PNR

Private Connect uses Amazon Web Services (AWS) PrivateLink to connect your Data 360 tenant directly to a data source or data warehouse, without sending traffic over the public internet.

Private Connect for Data 360 is different from Salesforce Private Connect, which connects a Salesforce org to a data source.

Note

How Private Connect Works

To set up a Private Connect integration, you create a private network route (PNR) between your Data 360 tenant and your data source’s VPC endpoint service. Depending on the integration, Salesforce or you manage the underlying network connection.

Supported Integrations

Private Connect supports connections to:

  • Snowflake
  • Databricks
  • Redshift
  • Amazon MSK

Each integration has its own setup requirements, covered in the topics in this section.
