lightning:omniChannelWorkClosed
Indicates that the status of an AgentWork object is changed to Closed.
This event fires when a work item is closed through any of the following triggers:
- Console tab closure for tab-based capacity models
- After Conversation Work (ACW) time elapsed when configured
- Status change to Completed for status-based capacity models
