Set Up Agentforce Coworker in a Companion Org
Set up Agentforce Coworker in a Data Cloud One companion org so that users can search shared data. Complete setup in both the home org and companion org.

| To turn on, configure, or grant access to Agentforce Coworker: | Salesforce Admin Role and Agentforce Coworker Admin Permission Set |
- Verify that your org uses a Data Cloud One companion org.
- To use a new shared data space, first create your new Data Space.
- Make sure that the data space you plan to use is shared with your companion org.
If Agentforce Coworker is already on in the home org, either plan to share the data space used in the home org or use a different home org that doesn’t already have Agentforce Coworker enabled.
- In your home org, go to Setup and enter
Agentforce Coworkerin Quick Find. - If you shared the default data space with your companion orgs, continue to the next step. Otherwise, click Set Up Data Space and select the shared data space.
- Follow the steps in Turn On Agentforce Coworker (Beta).
- (Optional) To make objects searchable in the companion org, first make Data 360 Objects searchable in the home org.
- In your companion org, verify these statuses:
- Connection Status is “Active.”
- Companion Sync Status is “Succeeded.”
- Initialization Status for the data space used by Agentforce Coworker is “Active.”
- Set a Data Cloud Governance policy for the shared data space. Agentforce Coworker needs access to the object types in your data space to search them.
- For most setups, set an Allow All Objects policy.
- If your organization requires more control, configure a custom policy instead.
