Manage Agentforce Coworker Search Data (Optional) (Beta)
Connect and manage the data sources that Agentforce Coworker searches across. You can add existing Data 360 sources, connect new external sources such as Slack, Google Drive, and SharePoint, and control which sources are active.
Data from Salesforce CRM and Slack is automatically available during beta. Data from external sources such as Google Drive and SharePoint is pilot only. To join the pilot, contact your Salesforce account executive.

Agentforce Coworker is a beta service that is subject to the Beta Services Terms at Agreements.Salesforce.com or a written Unified Beta Agreement if executed by Customer, and applicable terms in the Product Terms Directory. Use of this beta service is at the Customer’s sole discretion. The Non-GA Services are used in conjunction with GA Services which consume paid credits or entitlements (“entitlements”). Any corresponding consumption of entitlements arising from Customer’s use of the Non-GA Services shall not give rise to any refund or credit rights.
