Add or Remove User Access in Agentforce Coworker (Beta)

Assign users the permission set groups directly from the Manage User Access section of the Agentforce Coworker setup page. In Manage User Access, check how many permission sets groups your org has assigned and how many are still available.

ROLE & PERMISSIONS NEEDED
To turn on, configure, or grant access to Agentforce Coworker:Salesforce Admin Role and Agentforce Coworker Admin Permission Set
  1. From the Agentforce Coworker Setup, go to Manage Agentforce Coworker Users section.
  2. Next to Manage Access to Agentforce Coworker, select Manage.
  3. When the Assign Permission Groups to Users window appears, select the users to grant access.
  4. Click Assign.
  5. Click Done.

To assign users from a different location, go to the User section in Salesforce Setup.

To remove user access to Agentforce Coworker, remove the permission set group and the permission set license from the user.

Users assigned to Agentforce Coworker automatically have access to the default data space through the permission set group. To grant access to more data spaces, modify the existing permission set group or create and assign new permission sets for each data space.
