Review Agentforce Coworker User Mapping

When you turn on Agentforce Coworker, Salesforce automatically creates an Identity Resolution ruleset. This ruleset maps user identities across connected data sources, so the system recognizes users in Salesforce CRM, Slack, and Google Drive. By default, user profiles from different data sources inherit permissions from the linked data source based on their email address or their federated ID from an identity provider. View these mappings in User Mappings under Users in Salesforce Setup.

Review User Mappings

In your org Setup, enter User Mapping in the Quick Find box.
Select the user whom you want to review.
See the name, username, and email used to map that user across data sources.
