Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) is the only supported connection type for the Flare connector.
A zip file can’t contain more than 1000 files.
When you create a connection, Data 360 performs a validation test.
The test connection fails.
Verify that you created a valid Staging Area and that the SSH Public Key is valid. If you didn’t generate the key correctly for your operating system, regenerate it and update the key information in the Staging Area. See Generate an SSH Key Pair for instructions.
When content moves from Flare to the SFTP Staging Area, the connector picks it up and ingests it into Data 360.
The sync fails or no new records appear on the Data Stream tab.
When you create a Flare connector, you can turn on search indexing.
Data 360 didn’t create the Search Index or chunks.
Create or rebuild the Search Index.
