IXIA CCMS IXIA CCMS Connector

Use the IXIA CCMS connector to include your organization’s IXIA CCMS content in Data 360. This connector pushes content directly from a IXIA CCMS and as part of the transformation zips the output into a ZIP file. The ZIP file is uploaded to a Staging Area and extracted before sending to Data 360 via the Staging Area. After Data 360 receives the content, Agentforce agents use it to drive accurate answers to your users’ questions.
