Delete a Website or Mobile Connector App

As an admin in Data Cloud, you can delete a mobile or a website connector app.

User Permissions Needed
To delete a web or mobile app connection:Data Cloud Admin

  1. Go to Data Cloud Setup.

  2. Under External Integrations, select Websites & Mobile Apps.

  3. In the Websites and Mobile Apps setup table, find the connector name that you want to delete.

  4. Click the options area and select Delete.

    If the connector has any associated data streams, Data Cloud shows a message that you must delete the data streams before you can delete the connector.

  5. At the confirmation to delete the connector, click Delete.

  6. A confirmation message appears that the data connector is deleted.
