Set Up an SAP Hybris Connection (Beta)

Set up the SAP Hybris connection to start the flow of data into Data Cloud.

This feature is a Beta Service. A customer may opt to try a Beta Service in its sole discretion. Any use of the Beta Service is subject to the applicable Beta Services Terms provided at Agreements and Terms. User Permissions Needed 
To create a connection:System Admin profile or Data Cloud Architect permission set

Before you begin:

  1. In Data Cloud, click Setup, and select Data Cloud Setup.

  2. Under External Integrations, select Other Connectors.

  3. Click New.

  4. On the Source tab, select SAP Hybris and click Next.

  5. Enter a connection name, connection API name, and provide the authentication and connection details.

  6. For Authentication Details, select the authentication method.

    1. For Authentication Method, if you select Basic Authentication, enter the user name and password to authenticate the user.

    2. If you select Named Credential, select an option from the dropdown.

    3. Enter the SSL Certificate as a string or upload the string as a .pem file.

  7. For Connection Details, enter these optional inputs.

    1. For Tenant Name, enter the SAP tenant, (optional) and select Use Custom Service.

    2. For Custom URL, enter the URL in this format: https://[a-z0-9-]{1,256}.crm.ondemand.com.

    3. Enter a resource value.

    4. Enter an Azure tenant value based on the tenant ID of the OAuth Azure you are using.

  8. To review your configuration, click Test Connection.

  9. Click Save.

After the connector details are accepted, the connection is created and listed under Connectors. You can now create data streams.
