Get a list of phone contacts and contact types.

This method is called when speed dial is clicked to get the agent’s phone contacts.

getPhoneContacts() → Promise.<PhoneContactsResult>

Returns: PhoneContactsResult — Represents the result when getting a list of phone contacts.
