Helpjuice Connector Limitations and Troubleshooting
Here are some tips for troubleshooting issues that occur when you ingest Helpjuice knowledge base articles into Data 360 with the Helpjuice connector. These solutions are unique to the Helpjuice connector.

Learn about Data 360's General Limitations, which create issues for this specific connector.
When you create a connection, Data 360 performs a validation test.
The test connection fails.
If you use password authentication and the user of this password has two-factor authentication, the connection fails. To authenticate in such a case, select the token authentication option.
When you ingest data with the Box connector, Data 360 syncs it.
The sync fails.

When you create a Box connector, turn on search indexing.
Data 360 didn't create a search index or chunks.
The solution is to create or rebuild the search index.
- From App Launcher, select Data Cloud.
- Do one of these steps:
a. If you have a search index:
- Open the Search Index tab.
- Select the search index that you created.
- Click Rebuild from the dropdown menu on the right. b. If you don’t have a search index, create one:
- From the search index tab, click New > Easy Setup.
- Select the corresponding Data Model Object.
