Set Up a Helpjuice Connection (Beta)
Set up the Helpjuice connection to start the flow of data into Data 360.
The Helpjuice connector is a pilot or beta service that is subject to the Beta Services Terms at Agreements—Salesforce.com or a written Unified Pilot Agreement if executed by Customer, and applicable terms in the Product Terms Directory. Use of this pilot or beta service is at the Customer's sole discretion.

It’s your obligation to make sure that you have the rights to the data collected by this connector. Salesforce disclaims all liability for data collected.
Before you begin:
Complete the Prepare Your Helpjuice Connection steps to gather the necessary Helpjuice account credentials.
To create a connection:
- In Data Cloud, click Setup, and then select Data Cloud Setup.
- From the left panel, under External Integrations, select Other Connectors.
- Click New.
- On the Source tab, select Helpjuice and click Next.
- Enter a Connection Name and a Connection API Name for the connector.
- In the Connection Details section, enter the authentication information:
- For API Key, enter the API key you created.
- For URL, enter the URL for your Helpjuice site. For example:
yourcompany.helpjuice.com.
- Select Test Connection. The system verifies that Data 360 successfully connects to Helpjuice using the provided authentication values. If the connection fails, follow the instructions on the screen.
- After the connection test succeeds, select Save.
