Set Up a Jira Unstructured Connection (Beta)
Set up a Jira unstructured connection to start the flow of data into Data 360.

Prerequisites
Complete the Prepare Your Jira Connection steps to gather the necessary Jira account credentials:
- A Jira user’s Email
- A Jira URL
- A Jira user token
- A Jira project key
To create a connection:
- In Data Cloud, click Setup, and select Data Cloud Setup.
- Under External Integrations, select Other Connectors.
- Click New.
- On the Source tab, select Jira Unstructured and click Next.
- Enter a Connection Name and an API Name for the connector.
- In the Jira Authentication Details section, enter the authentication information:
- For Token, enter the Jira User Token (Atlassian API token).
- For Email, enter the Jira User’s email address.
- For Domain URL, enter the URL for your Jira site.
- Select Test Connection. The system verifies that the provided authentication values allow a successful connection to Jira. If the connection fails, follow the instructions on the screen.
- After the connection test succeeds, select Save.
