When to Use Salesforce Interactions Web SDK If Using Marketing Cloud Personalization and Data Cloud
Salesforce Interactions Web SDK can be used in Data Cloud but also if you’re using Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud Personalization (formerly Interaction Studio), or both Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud Personalization. If you’re transitioning from Data Cloud to Marketing Cloud Personalization, update your Salesforce Interactions Web SDK configuration. When you update the configuration, you can send data to Marketing Cloud Personalization only and use the Marketing Cloud Personalization connector to ingest data into Data Cloud.
