When to Use Salesforce Interactions Web SDK If Using Marketing Cloud Personalization and Data 360
Salesforce Interactions Web SDK can be used in Data 360 but also if you’re using Data 360, Marketing Cloud Personalization (formerly Interaction Studio), or both Data 360 and Marketing Cloud Personalization. If you’re transitioning from Data 360 to Marketing Cloud Personalization, update your Salesforce Interactions Web SDK configuration. When you update the configuration, you can send data to Marketing Cloud Personalization only and use the Marketing Cloud Personalization connector to ingest data into Data 360.
