Zendesk Connector Troubleshooting Guide
Tips for troubleshooting issues that may occur when you ingest Zendesk content into Data 360 using the Zendesk connector.
When you create a new connection, Data 360 performs a validation test.
The test connection fails.
If you used password authentication and the user of this password has two-factor authentication, the connection may fail. To authenticate in such a case, select the API token option.
When you ingest data using the Zendesk connector, Data 360 syncs it.
The sync fails.
